Damaged / Defective merchandise, Please you MUST NOTIFY
Jacpa Within 5(FIVE) Working Days of the reciept of your
order / shipment or replacement / credit / refund WILL NOT
be issued. WE WILL CONTACT THE CARRIER TO FILE A CLAIM FOR
YOU/YOUR COMPANY AND JACPA WILL ISSUE THE REPLACEMENT/CREDIT/REFUND.
ALL ORIGINAL Cartons / Boxes Packaging Materials and DAMAGED
MERCHSANDISE MUST BE SAVED or claim WILL NOT BE HONERED.
THE DELIVERING CARRIER WILL RETURN TO PICK UP THE DAMAGED
CARTONS / BOXES / MERCHANDISE AND YOU MUST PROVIDE IT TO
THE CARRIER FOR JACPA TO PROCESS YOUR CLAIM! *WE STAND BEHIND

$ALE, or merchandise exchanged for other Jacpa merchandise
ONLY. No refunds,credit or delayed shipments allowed. You,
the customer must pay for all return (insured) shipment
costs and you, the customer must obtain a return authorization
approval number prior to returning any item(s) / merchandise
for exchange under this program and the item(s) / merchandise
must be returned and recieved to / by Jacpa within 10 days.
When you call for your merchandise RA#, please tell the
customer service representative the item(s) number(s), number
of items to be exchanged and the invoice(s) with date(s)
when the product(s) was purchased. If your return shipment
has freight charges due, then those charges will be deducted
from the item(s) to be exchanged. All returned item(s) /
merchandise for exchange must be in NEW,UNUSED,SALABLE condition
and returned with and in its original packaging and box.
All accessories/components must be returned UNUSED (including
batteries where applicable) and merchandise must not have
your store lables / price tags / marks and all original
Jacpa lables must be intact. You must also include a copy
of the original Jacpa invoice(s) and list of details for
the merchandise you are exchanging with your RA#. After
your returned merchandise for exchange is recieved by Jacpa
it will be inspected and your returns processed promptly.
