All accessories/components must be returned UNUSED (including batteries where applicable) and merchandise must not have your store lables / price tags / marks and all original Jacpa lables must be intact. You must also include a copy of the original Jacpa invoice(s) and list of details for the merchandise you are exchanging with your RA#. After your returned merchandise for exchange is recieved by Jacpa it will be inspected and your returns processed promptly.
