Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your purchase of an item by JC Crafts / Nose Desserts® you receive, you may return your order, in new and unused condition, for a full refund of  purchase price within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipping damage claim(s) MUST be reported to this seller, within SEVEN (7) days of receipt of your order, as verified delivery by the designated carrier tracking and delivery verification.

If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.
